How to Get a Non Domestic EPC or Commercial EPC
EPC Solutions Northeast is your local source for EPC certificate commercial buildings or non domestic EPC. Since 2008, we have been providing our community with commercial EPC for level 3 + 4 properties. We consider it a privilege and a responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint in whatever way possible, and part of that begins with understanding the impact of our properties on the environment.
Our commercial EPC process starts with scheduling an assessment time. Our assessor will visit your building and complete a full site drawing, photographs relevant to the survey, and will get you a completed commercial EPC within a few days depending on the complexity of the building. Non domestic EPC costs vary, depending on the complexity and size of your commercial property. Non compliance with EPC regulations can result in fines up to £5,000. Completing the EPC certificate commercial buildings, however, lasts up to 10 years and is necessary in order to let, modify, or sell the commercial property.
